Ingredients
50ml Vodka
100ml Three Cents Pickle Soda
Tabasco
Celery stick for garnish

Method
Ιn a highball glass pour Vodka over cubed ice and add a single dash of Tabasco. Top up with Three Cents Pickle Soda. Garnish with a celery stick.

ORIGIN
While its exact origin is debated, many trace the highball back to 1767 in England, linking it to the invention of soda water by chemist Joseph Priestley. Originally, the cocktail mixture used brandy, but later the pairing with Scotch whisky gained more popularity. Its name, “Highball”, was coined in the 1920s by famous mixologist Patrick Gavin Duffy, after the tall glass it was served in.

TIPS
You can experiment with dashes of different kinds of vinegar to enhance acidity and add complexity to your drink.
